Sheriff's deputies said Joseph Tyrone Fleming, 60, of Fairdale shot and killed his wife, Kathleen, 63, and Joseph Troy Fleming, 40, before turning the gun on himself. Deputies say family members discovered the bodies around 4 p.m. Thursday when they arrived at the residence after a shopping trip.
Investigators said that Joseph Tyrone Fleming left a note at the scene, but the reason for his actions are unknown at this time.
The incident is still under investigation.
